Submarine Catalyst is a solo operation — I build and run everything myself. Email gets the fastest response. For billing issues (Stripe payment went through but your account is still locked), include your account email so I can flip it manually if the webhook missed.

Paid on Stripe but still locked out?
The Stripe webhook normally flips your account to paid automatically within 30 seconds. If it's been more than a few minutes, email me with the Stripe receipt email address and I'll flip it manually.
